Tom joined LeisureLink in March 2012, and brings a history of managing complex operations for diverse, early-stage, high-growth businesses. Prior to LeisureLink, Tom headed global operations for American Discovery, one of the world’s leading providers of legal outsourcing services. Before American Discovery, Tom was co-founder and COO of Done Right!, a venture capital-backed marketing services firm sold to Tree.com in July, 2009. Prior to Done Right!, he was head of corporate development for Overture Services, leading the company's efforts in structuring and negotiating numerous acquisitions and strategic partnerships, culminating in the company's sale to Yahoo! in 2003. Prior to Overture, Tom was an investment banker in Mexico City, Mexico and Bogota, Colombia for N.M. Rothschild & Sons, specializing in M&A and government privatizations. Before investment banking, he practiced law on Wall Street and in Los Angeles for prominent international law firms, specializing in corporate transactions. Tom earned a B.A. from the University of Southern California, a J.D. from the University of California, Davis and an M.B.A. from the Anderson School at the University of California, Los Angeles.
Richard is a career customer advocate spanning Fortune 500 Corporations to high-growth start-ups. Prior to joining LeisureLink, Richard headed-up Western Region sales for TravelClick, where he and his team helped hotels realize their marketing and revenue objectives. Prior to TravelClick, he was Vice President of Business Development for GetThere, the world’s leading Online Booking System for managed travel. Richard was responsible for the global expansion of the GetThere Online Booking System in the emerging AsiaPacific and Federal Government marketplace. Before GetThere, Richard was the Director of Leisure Sales and Service helping Travel Agents, Tour Operators, Air Consolidators and Cruise Lines automate the distribution of inventory through e-channels. Richard’s customer experience extends to corporate leaders such as GE, Wal-Mart, Cisco, Oracle, Royal Caribbean Cruises, American Express and more. He earned his Bachelor of Science in Biology from the University of North Texas and his MBA in Technology Management from the University of Phoenix.
Dr. Zarik Boghossian has over 27 years of experience in developing advanced technology solutions, technical operations, services, and establishing strategic alliances with multi-billion dollar International and North American companies, including the creation of many successful offshore development teams in Armenia, India, Thailand, Singapore, England, and France.
In his career, Zarik has held various executive management and senior level positions in the fields of wireless telecommunications, imaging & networking systems, aerospace, real-time embedded systems, legal and compliance systems, intelligent management systems, Multi-channel Marketing intelligence systems, and Web 2.0 Social Networking and Digital Media.
As the Head of the Technology and Professional Services at Integrien, Zarik worked closely with other executives and investors at Clearstone Ventures to create an attractive enterprise level software solution which was successfully acquired by VMware, Inc.
Considered as his professional life time achievement, Zarik served as the initial software architect and then the Flight Software Development Manager, for the mission critical Electrical Power System of the International Space Station at Boeing North America and collocated at NASA Johnson Space Center. This system has successfully been launched by NASA and is now orbiting the earth.
Zarik is also a professor at Pepperdine University, mentoring MBA students and the next generation of leaders in entrepreneurship courses. He also serves on the Board of advisors in a few privately held software companies.
Zarik holds a B.S. in Computer Science from the University of North Texas, a MBA from Pepperdine University in Business Management, and a Doctorate degree with highest honors from Pepperdine University specializing in Organizational Leadership. Zarik's thesis is now published and entitled as "An Investigation Into the Critical Success Factors of Software Development Process, Time, and Quality."
